Breathwork involves a visceral journey through the psyche that can be physically intense, emotional, psychedelic, extremely pleasurable, and beyond. Through this practice we can access other states of our consciousness, releasing old energies, blockages or anything that keeps us from a state of pure love. Debbie provides a constant loving presence, through Reiki/ healing touch combined with an intuitive playlist to carry you through it.
